Thats like the missing 18 years of Jesus's life in the bible. Its not a complete story, clearly it can't be considered a reliable source if it doesn't have the complete facts.

In the bible jesus goes from age 12, to 30. You know the missing 18 years were of him partying like a rock star.

I would say evolution, but I don't think you'd believe me :P.

Which brings about a common argument-

If there really is a god, why'd he plant so much evidence to the contrary? Is anybody seriously going to argue that he created fossils of animals that never existed just to throw us off?

I have the religious solution to this argument - God created evolution when he created the Earth, but it only applies to lesser animals. Not humans. I think that agrees with religion.

So he planted a whole bunch of evidence that proves we evolved in to what we are just to throw us off too, huh?

I gotta say, it's a pretty convincing argument - I'm going to convert when I get home tonight.

We have not yet found the missing link?

Um, fossil evidence. No, you didn't come from a monkey, you came from another human. Evolution is a slow process.

But weren't humans on the earth on like the 8th day of Earth or something? There are obviously no human remains among the dinosaur ones; the dinosaurs existed 65 million years ago.

So you don't believe those Christian "scientists" that said the Earth is like 3500 something years old?

So you're saying god did not create us in his image?

So did God just go *poof* and we appeared on the Garden of Eden at some point, billions of years after the creation of the planet and universe? And we are meant to be his worshippers? He had a planet with no followers for billions of years?

why are you asking questions as if i were standing next to God when he did all of these things? i dont fucking know how he created man, i dont know if he said a magical word and *poof* here we are.

its what you believe. this isnt a regular debate on right and wrong its  a special debate on what you believe in and why.

also im not trying to make you guys believe in God. im trying to get you to understand my point of view
