yes i know of it, i'll explain bamboo torture.
There is a species of bamboo that grows 2-3 inches a day in the rain forest
so some twisted person thought it would be nice to harness someone above the ground( ropes tied to arms tied to trees and a peice of baboo across like a seat to just harness him/her over the groud just so their feet cant touch the ground) they do this above one of these bamboo plants and sharpen the end of it and it eventually grows up into you day by day giving ample time for infection to spread.

or the Casino Royale torture where he cuts a circle in a chair and sits the victim down (nude) and his balls hang out of the chair and he whips them with a bullwhip
