Yes, he has TS, just like Borat is from Kazakhstan.

Have you ever known anyone who's actually had TS? If you have, you'll recognize tons of flaws with this guy's act. Besides, there are like, maybe two documented cases of verbal tics - and AFAIK none of them are from reliable sources. Tics are semi-voluntary twitches; you could argue that a grunt is a tic, but you can't argue that screaming profanities is, because there's nothing "twitchy" about it.

I knew someone with TS before, and he cursed all the time. Not directly because of the TS, but from the frustrations of the grunts and twitches that came out unintetnionally. It would just piss him off so much that he'd twitch that he'd flip out. It sounds hilarious, but it was actually really creepy when it happened.... but in hindsight, yeah, it's funny, haha.

There is a kid in my school with tourettes, and believe it or not he does the morning announcements because he wanted to. His tics include clicking his teeth, shaking his head, and rapidly raising and lowering his arms. However = he also says "dugga" randomly which is "niggah" but he was taught to substitute it at least a little.

Tourettes Syndrome does not directly cause verbal tics.

There are other things that do, but TS isn't one of them.

I guess you can say "duggah" is a grunt that strangely resembles a muted "niggah".

RD, support your facts with links.

No, getting your facts from a source that only you know and none of us can check up on is failure. That's like using the  "my cousin's newphew's step father's uncle's said..." explanation.
