Those of you keeping up with nightly builds will notice that the new database editor looks pretty sexy as of r1272. Don't be fooled, it's still read-only, and there are still some fields missing - only the free-form fields are in there right now; relationships (such as BNLogin.Account) are missing.
The conversion over to Cayenne is primarily complete. I did manage to resolve the problem I was having the other day with getting Cayenne to accept a custom database driver and URL, so if you are using MySQL everything should be back to normal. I've submitted a minimal-impact patch that will allow the connection to succeed if the Driver's JAR isn't on the CLASSPATH, but in the mean time I've included the Derby and MySQL drivers on the CLASSPATH in OSX.
