Automatic promotions now apply to users without accounts! If a user does not have an account, one will be created for them automatically.
This is intended to create a set of safelisted (rank 1) users, but could potentially be used as a form of automatic recruitment to users who desire it.
In BNU, the users are set to bump to rank 1 after 2 days of activity. As always, users are purged from the database after 90 days of inactivity.
