Man, who else really doesn't feel like being on bnet til these come out? I've been avoiding it, cause I really am not satisfied with any of the games currently on it. I really think d3 will be a huge hit. But I think there is enough of a Starcraft Fanbase to kick up bnet a huge notch when SC2 is released.

BNU will still have an active channel during this time, but it just will be very inactive. Feel free to bring friends in, and we can see about adding them to list.

Issue currently, is that the bot isn't online most of the time, so we really don't have a working channel ops bot. I keep one on, but commands are disabled. Its just a way to keep the channel open.

Oh well, if you guys have any questions, let me know. I can't wait for these new experiences. :)

I'm actually working on figuring out why the bot keeps disconnecting. It's not crashing - it's just disconnecting, and then it never reconnects for some reason. It's difficult to debug with the limited access I have to the server machine, but I've just pushed a new version over that will hopefully give some insight as to what's going on.

So its not the server itself? :-\ Are there maybe other BNU`Bots running on the server? I've found that if I have 6 connected from one IP it tends to disconnect. :-\

So I have managed to keep a main channel bot up the entire time by limiting it to 5. No idea why though.

I honestly don't see myself playing or enjoying either of the 2 new games, each for their own reasons. I'm still active (almost daily, as KoreanGrandma) on b.net, mostly on BW.

yeah i'm disappointed about starcraft ghost too. a console game for starcraft sounds kinda fun. it woulda been sick. oh well.

I would really like to see SC2 come by the end of this year. Every time I go to the mall I notice they push back the release dates for it I got so tired of seeing this I told them why don't they just post it as TBD ( to be determined) and sure enough next week I saw this. As for D3 I would say late 2010 if we are lucky but it would be nice to see it out not long after SC2  4-6months. I'm probably one of maybe like 2-3 VERY ACTIVE PLAYING wise people that's on almost daily but, now thanks to WoW and a buddy of mine I have started playing again I plan on joining his guild seeing that NO ONE on here seems to play since Jeff posted back in march.  :P I would love to see this clan be as active as I once saw it back in the day(which is when I wasn't a member). GO GO BNU FTW
