Forum/bot integration

I've increased the integration between the forum and the bot. Members whose forum and bot accounts are linked will have their bot name and rank displayed below their forum name. I've investigated the possibility of assigning global moderator status based on rank, but have decided against it for security reasons. It will be possible, however, to give rank-based avatars to users.
