BNLS_WARDEN added to BNU-Bot

As of r1881, BNU-Bot will try to use BNLS to handle warden. You do not need to do any special configuration; it will just work out of the box, using a hardcoded list of warden-enabled BNLS servers. Please let me know if it is (or is not) working for you!
